ROASTED GARLIC SOUP (Vegetarian) (GF)  

Homemade vegetable broth, potato, carrots, onion, celery, leeks, unsalted butter, heavy cream, roasted  garlic, granulated garlic, rosemary, thyme, white wine, kosher salt, black pepper, sugar to taste, oil olive.  This soup is puréed and full of flavor.
