Homemade vegetable broth, red lentil, yellow onion, carrot, celery, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, turmeric,  cardamom seeds, cumin seeds, unsweetened coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, chili flakes, fresh cilantro, sea salt, black pepper, coconut oil. This soup is puréed and full of flavor.
