We at Mo’s City Soup use the freshest organic vegetables and fresh ingredients to bring you the best product we can offer. Based out of downtown Fredericksburg VA, we make our vegetarian & vegan soups in small batches to give you a fresh & heathy meal.
City Soup was started by Kelly Pawlick who ran city soup for 6 years or more. Her creation started the fresh soup delivery business. In 2020 Mo Marsh ( Alan Marsh) had the pleasure to continue City Soup changing the name to Mo’s City Soup which it is called today. Mo Marsh ( Alan Marsh) is a seasoned Chef who was born and raised in Fredericksburg VA, learning his trade cooking several prominent restaurants in the city of Fredericksburg over the years. Now the owner/ operator of Mo’s City Soup.
